Privacy Policy
1. Overview
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data REACTIVES collects, how it is used, stored, and your rights. We follow applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), to the extent they apply.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data (if created): username and/or email for leaderboard identity and account recovery.
- Gameplay metrics: scores, session length, Streak/HyperStack events, timestamps — used to balance gameplay and detect abuse. These metrics are not used to identify you personally.
- Ad delivery identifiers: limited device identifiers including the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and iOS IDFA, used by AdMob for ad delivery and frequency capping. We do not set cookies and do not use pixel tracking on the website or in the app.
- Crash and performance logs: minimal technical logs to diagnose stability problems.
- Account moderation data (anti-cheat signals): device-level and gameplay anomaly signals used to protect leaderboards and service integrity.
- Consent signals: your choices made via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (iOS) or Google’s UMP (Android/EEA).
3. How We Collect
- Automatic: We automatically collect certain data through our app and through the third-party SDKs integrated into the app. These SDKs may collect data such as device identifiers, usage information, crash and performance data, diagnostic information, and advertising-related identifiers. Third-Party SDKs We Use Firebase Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) Purpose: app analytics, performance monitoring, crash reporting. Data collected: device information, app interactions, usage data, and diagnostic data. AdMob (Google LLC) Purpose: delivering personalized or non-personalized ads and measuring ad performance. Data collected: advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), device information, approximate location, and ad interaction data. Users can manage or opt out of ad personalization or tracking through their device-level privacy settings (e.g., App Tracking Transparency on iOS, Privacy Controls on Android). We share data with these SDK providers only for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal data. Where legally required, we request explicit user consent before collecting or sharing data for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

Consent frameworks. On iOS we request permission for tracking via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) where applicable. On Android in the EEA/UK we present Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to capture advertising consent.
4. Why We Use Data

5. Sharing & Transfers
- Service providers: We use trusted providers (e.g., Google Firebase, AdMob, Apple) to host data and deliver services. They process data under our instructions.
- No sale of personal data: We do not sell personal data. We do not use cookies or pixel tracking.
- International transfers: If data is transferred across borders, we use safeguards recognized by applicable law (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR).
No cross-app tracking by us: We do not engage in cross-app tracking outside what platform advertising SDKs perform with your consent.
6. Security & Retention
- Access controls, encryption in transit, and minimization practices.
- Gameplay and diagnostic logs are typically retained up to 12 months unless we need them longer for security or legal reasons.
